The sand-salt spreading equipment is equipped with canopies to prevent the spillage of bulk materials into the dump truck's body, a metal ladder, and an additional set of duplicate rear lights. Additionally, it features an upper service platform for inspecting the conveyor. 
The stiffeners are elements of the hopper that are installed perpendicularly to the side walls of the hopper and precisely replicate the contour of the side wall. These stiffeners are sheet-type with reinforcement made from profile tubing. They do not serve as a welding point for two adjacent sheets of metal from the side wall of the sand spreader hopper. These stiffeners are manufactured from carbon steel, ensuring durability and structural integrity under operational conditions.
The equipment is fitted with a shutter device designed to regulate the flow of technological material to the spreading mechanism by altering the cross-sectional area of the discharge opening. The flap can be rotated using a drive system that allows it to pivot at the required angle. This drive consists of a spring-loaded rod connected to a screw mechanism, ensuring precise control over the flap's position. The shutter flap is equipped with a spring mechanism to prevent it from jamming or being damaged when larger fractions of material pass through, thereby enhancing the reliability and efficiency of the material distribution process.
